Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish was established in 1910 for Italian Catholics living in NE Minneapolis and moved into the present church in 1938. The Archdiocesan Office for the Deaf joined the parish in 1986, and today our 170 families include Italians, Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Catholics and their families, and neighbors from NE Minneapolis and beyond.
